Photographers

We always need big quantity of New York City street fashion photos. If you are a photographer living in the city and also interested in shooting street fashion photos, you might be able to help!

We need to understand your sense of fashion and your photograph style. Please send us the following documents in one email to help us to know you better:

1.       Your resume;

2.       5 to 10 sample photographs you have shot recently, including most fashion Dos and a couple of fashion Don’ts;

3.       Your short bio up to 80 words

4.       Your recent head shot.

In your email, let us know if you are with any agencies, companies or work as a freelancer. Please title your email “contributor photographer”, and send it to Karen@nycfashionbook.com.

Magazine Writers

Currently, we need contributor writers to cover these sections in the magazine:

Budget Shopping

City Walk

However, if you are good at writing something else, we would love to hear from you as well. Most excitingly, if you can write story around one topic, we might consider adding in a column just for you!

Please send us the following documents in one email to help us to know you better:

1.       Your resume;

2.       2 writing samples that show your writing style, up to 1000 words for each one;

3.       Your short bio up to 80 words;

4.       Your recent head shot;

5.       If you think what you can write will be great for a long term column, please send a short proposal about your idea to explain why readers would like to read your column in every issue.

Guest Blogger

All bloggers understand that guest blogging is a good way to increase your own site’s traffic. If you blog about fashion tips, fashion news, culture and history, please let us see your writing samples or your blog link. We welcome bloggers to share great stories with our readers.
